  • 6 sheets of puff pastry (frozen)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g bacon
  • 100 g cheese (goat cheese or sheep cheese)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt and pepper
  • Grease for the tray

Unwrap the puff pastry, place it on a greased baking sheet, and let it thaw. Sauté the diced onion, bacon, and garlic in hot olive oil. Briefly add the leek to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and fold the sliced ​​goat cheese into the vegetables. Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheets. Brush the edges of the pastry with egg yolk, fold two opposite corners over the edges, and press down lightly. Brush the parcels with a little egg yolk and bake at 200°C for approximately 18-20 minutes.
