Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Mixed salad
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 200 g Mild goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 half a teaspoon Mustard
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Chilli garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix the salad, bell pepper (cubes) and goat cheese (cubes).
  • Mix the oil and vinegar together. Add honey, mustard, sugar and spices and stir.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and let it steep.
