Bolo Like in Italy

- 600 Minced meat ½ & 1/2
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Celery bulb
- 0,5 Good red wine
- 2 Tomato paste
- 0,25 Parsley
- Salt and fresh pepper
- 1 Meat stock or stock cubes
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Water
- Oil
- Cut the carrots into small pieces. Finely dice onions and celery bulbs. Fry everything in oil and then set it aside. Fold in the garlic. Fry the minced meat until crumbly over high heat; otherwise it would stew. Add tomato paste and fry again properly. The pulp ensures that the consistency becomes thick. Then deglaze with the red wine and let it boil off completely. Let the stock or stock cube dissolve. Add salt, sugar and fresh pepper. Let the lid simmer for 3 hours if possible.
