Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of whole-grain toast
- 2 tomatoes, dried in oil
- 4 halved walnuts
- 3 tsp goat’s cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Very tasty starter that I ate in a restaurant and then tried at home.
Toast the whole-wheat toast in the toaster. Roughly chop the walnuts and lightly toast them in a small pan without oil. Finely chop the tomatoes. Spread the goat cheese on a piece of toast and scatter the tomatoes and walnuts on top. Place the second slice of toast on top and serve warm.
