Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Goat cream cheese
  • 1 Red pepperoni
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Peppercorns, colorful mix
  • 1 small Bunch of herbs; Oregano, thyme, rosemary
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put the goat cream cheese in a bowl. In a second container, mix the sunflower oil, the pressed garlic, the pepperoni cut into strips, peppercorns and the chopped herbs. Fold this spice oil lightly into the cream cheese, but do not process into a homogeneous mass. Now fill this cheese-oil mixture into small jam jars. The cream cheese can be kept in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
