Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml oil
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 50 ml rice vinegar
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil, roasted
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise, Japanese, or regular if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Japanese sesame sauce

Roughly chop the onion and garlic clove. Then, whisk all ingredients together with a whisk until creamy. Be careful with the sesame oil, as it has a very strong flavor. Use a little less, taste, and add more if necessary. This dressing is great as a salad dressing with fresh mung bean sprouts or Chinese cabbage. Use sparingly!
