Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 can/n mackerel fillets in oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 apple, sour
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 cucumber(s) (pickles)
- chives
- pepper
- Vinegar
- Salt
- some lettuce leaves
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Drain the mackerel fillets slightly and place them in a bowl. Finely chop the onion, apple, bell pepper, and pickled gherkins and add them. Mix well with chives, pepper, vinegar, and a little salt, if desired. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with egg wedges.
