Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 5 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 passion fruit(s)
  • 1 small orange(s)
  • 2 kiwi(s), yellow
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce and parsley. Hollow out the passion fruit. Peel the orange and kiwi. Place all ingredients in a smoothie maker and blend thoroughly. Add a little more water if needed. Pour into glasses and serve.
