Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of strawberries
- 2 oranges
- 1 peach(s)
- 1 banana(s)

Breakfast Vitamin Cocktail
Wash and hull the strawberries, then halve or quarter them. Wash the peach, remove the stones, and cut into small pieces. Squeeze the oranges, reserving some of the juice, and pour the rest into cocktail glasses or wine glasses. Place the strawberries, banana, peach, and remaining orange juice in a blender or blend with an immersion blender. Pour everything into the glasses with the orange juice; do not stir, as this will create different colored layers in the glass. Decorate as desired and stir just before serving. Variation: This also works with a chopped apple (Cox Orange) instead of the peach.
