Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 1 can of strawberries, sweetened (425 ml)
  • 1 ½ liters of milk
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Strawberry milk with whipped cream

Puree the strawberries with their juice. Pour in the milk and pour into glasses. Whip the cream and powdered sugar until stiff and pour over the strawberry milk. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
