Goose legs with onions, marjoram and red wine

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 legs (goose legs)
  • Salt
  • 2 onions
  • marjoram
  • 2 jar wine, red
  • 2 apples
  • 2 tsp raisins
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 4 potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the goose legs, pat dry, and rub with salt. Slice the onion into rings. Place the legs and onions in a roasting pan with marjoram and red wine and cook in the oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the apples, core them generously, mix the raisins with sugar and cinnamon, and stuff them into the apples. Peel the potatoes, add them to the legs along with the apples, and cook everything together for another 25 minutes. Remove from the pan and serve on plates. Strain the stock through a sieve, thicken slightly, and serve as a sauce.
