Gooseberry quark crumble

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • possibly grease for the mold
  • 750 g gooseberries or currants, rhubarb or cherries
  • 125 g butter, liquid
  • 200 g flour
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Thoroughly grease a 26cm springform pan or line it with baking paper. For the quark base, combine the quark, sugar, egg, and vanilla pudding powder and pour into the springform pan. Rinse the fruit, core it if necessary, and chop it finely, then spread it over the quark layer. For the crumble, combine the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Then add the flour and knead with a fork until crumbly. Spread the crumble over the fruit. Bake the crumble in a preheated oven at 175°C (fan oven) for approximately 45-50 minutes.
