Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 800 g strawberries, fresh
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 100 g butter biscuits
  • n. B. Butter, melted, per biscuit approx. 10 g
  • 100 g pistachio kernels, unsalted

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 45 minutes

Crush the cookies in a plastic bag and mix with the warmed butter in a small bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place serving rings on top. Fill the bottoms of the serving rings with the cookie-butter mixture, press the mixture firmly into the bowl, and chill in the refrigerator. Whip the cream with cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Add the quark and powdered sugar. Clean and chop the strawberries, add them to the quark-cream mixture, and fill the serving rings. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Garnish with chopped pistachios just before serving.
