Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp mustard (Dijon)
- 2 medium-sized onions (red), finely diced
- 1 tsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- some rapeseed oil
- Garlic granules
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper

simple ketchup-based, also goes well with raclette or cold meat
Lightly sauté the finely diced onions in a little oil; they should still have some bite. Briefly add the sugar and deglaze with the vinegar. Stir in the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
