with Gorgonzola, vegetarian, pasta

Boil water for the pasta; heat a pan with olive oil. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and garlic and finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes. When the pan is hot, add the onion and garlic. When the onions are translucent, deglaze with the cream and add the coarsely chopped Gorgonzola. Melt the cheese. Add a little salt to the boiling water and cook the pasta. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and a little tomato paste to the sauce, stir, and season to taste with salt and pepper. When the pasta is al dente, drain in a sieve and add to the sauce in the pan. Mix well and serve. White wine, for example, goes well with it.
