Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tsp, heaped horseradish
- 2 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp beer, preferably pilsner
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp, heaped thyme
- 4 steak(s) (back or neck steak of wild boar)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
suitable for game or lamb
Mix all ingredients, place the steaks and marinade in a bag. Seal the bag airtight and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Remove the bag from the refrigerator 1/2 hour before grilling. Lightly scrape off the marinade before grilling and use it to glaze the meat toward the end of the grilling process.
