Gorgonzola Pear Quiche

The perfect gorgonzola pear quiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Puff pastry
  • 4 piece Pears fresh
  • 400 g Gorgonzola
  • 100 g Smoked bacon
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 3 el Cornstarch
  • Walnuts
  • For the shape
  1. Grease the QuicheForm and line it with puff pastry.
  2. Wash, peel and cut the pears. Mash the Gorgonzola in a bowl with a fork and mix with the walnuts and bacon. Add the egg, cream and cornstarch
  3. Line the quiche form with pears and pour the Gorgonzola mixture over it
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Bon appetit!
  6. Cheese and pears go well with it
