Gorgonzola Pear Quiche
The perfect gorgonzola pear quiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Puff pastry
- 4 piece Pears fresh
- 400 g Gorgonzola
- 100 g Smoked bacon
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 3 el Cornstarch
- Walnuts
- For the shape
- Grease the QuicheForm and line it with puff pastry.
- Wash, peel and cut the pears. Mash the Gorgonzola in a bowl with a fork and mix with the walnuts and bacon. Add the egg, cream and cornstarch
- Line the quiche form with pears and pour the Gorgonzola mixture over it
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
