Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 lemon(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 g butter
- 250 ml whipped cream, can also be low-fat
- Parmesan, grated (amount to taste)
- 400g pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Very, very fast
Cook the pasta until al dente. Grate the lemon zest. Lightly fry the chopped garlic and lemon zest in butter. Add the cream and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes. Immediately toss the drained pasta with the sauce and Parmesan cheese and serve. You can use less butter if you like.
