Gorgonzolade dip with walnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g Gorgonzola (sweet)
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp thyme, shredded
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very spicy, quick dip

Crumble the Gorgonzola into a small bowl. Add the yogurt and stir until smooth. Stir in the thyme and season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the walnuts and stir in – done. Tastes great with white bread, potatoes, or simply with carrot sticks for dipping.
