Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 800 g minced meat, mixed
  • 800 g pork goulash
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 200 g carrot(s), round from the jar
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 3 onions
  • 3 bottles of sauce (shashlik sauce)
  • 400 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with minced meat and carrots

Mix the bacon with the minced meat and goulash. Dice the bell peppers and onions and mix them with the meat along with the carrots. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Mix the shashlik sauce with the cream and pour it in. Season with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven at 200°C for one hour. Pasta or rice are a good side dish to this dish.
