Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g zucchini
- 400 g minced meat
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 200 g cream cheese (Philadelphia, natural)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion(s)
- 150 g cheese (e.g. Edam), grated
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Sauté the onions and garlic in a little fat until translucent. Add the ground beef and bacon cubes and fry lightly. Season with a little salt and pepper. Add the Philadelphia cheese and the not-too-finely diced zucchini, then sauté for about 10 minutes. Then transfer everything to a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180-200°C for about 20-30 minutes.
