Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g goulash
- 3 onions
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can/n tomatoes, chunky
- ½ liter broth
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the meat, add the onions and garlic, and cook until browned. Transfer to a roasting pan, add the remaining cleaned and diced vegetables, and pour in the broth. Season with pepper and salt, if desired. Braise in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 90 minutes.
