Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 150 g pork
- 100 g beef
- 2 onions
- 1 small carrot(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 liter meat broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ cup coffee cream, 10%
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the meat into very small cubes and fry them well in butter. Wash or peel the onions, carrots, and bell peppers and dice them. Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste. Cook until the meat is cooked through.
