Goulash with Pears and Beans

  • 800 g Pork meat
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil for frying
  • 4 Pears fresh
  • Savory spice
  • 600 g Beans green
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil for the marinade
  • 1 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  1. Prepare a marinade using the ingredients salt, ginger, soy sauce, honey, pepper, oil, tomato paste and the diced onions. Pour half of the marinade over the pork and mix well. Let it steep for about an hour.
  2. Then fry the meat in the hot fat in portions. Add 1/4 liter of water and the rest of the marinade, beans and savory. Cook everything for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, peel, quarter and slice the pears. Add to the goulash and cook for another 10 minutes.
