Ingredients
- 1 Red Sweet peppers
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Salad
- 1 half Fresh onion
- 4 slices Sliced cheese cut into small pieces
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
Instructions
- Wash the lettuce and spin dry, wash the peppers and rub dry and peel the cucumber, cut it lengthways and remove the seeds.
- Gradually put the vegetables through the vegetable cutter, then season everything with vinegar and pepper from the mill, I generally only add salt and oil shortly before eating, as the salt removes water and the oil otherwise collapses the salad.
- Finally add the chopped cheese and mix everything well.
