Vegan: Beans – Tofu – Goulash
The perfect vegan: beans – tofu – goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 size Diced onions
- 30 g Alsan
- 1 kl.Do Canned kidney beans
- 200 g Smoked tofu
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp Paprika pulp
- 2 piece Bay leaves
- 1 Cup Vegetable broth *
- Pepper
- First, pour the beans into a colander and rinse, set aside.
- Peel and cut the onion, then braise it in the Alsan and add the diced smoked tofu, seasoning with the paprika, and braise. Now add the paprika pulp and pour on the vegetable stock, add the bay leaves, then everything should simmer well. I let it simmer for a good 30 minutes. So the beans rise and the sauce becomes creamy, with it
- it does not have to be thickened. I let it stand for a while, it can be prepared very well, or it can be left to stand overnight.
