Gourmelinis Vegetable Bavette with Tuna

The perfect gourmelinis vegetable bavette with tuna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Fresh carrots
  • 0,5 Pc. Fresh kohlrabi
  • 150 ml Strong vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Tuna in its own juice
  • 2 tbsp Full-Fat herbal cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  1. Cut the carrots into slices and the kohlrabi into sticks. Steam the vegetables in the vegetable stock.
  2. Cook the bavette (or other thin ribbon noodles or spaghetti) in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Mix the tuna with the cream cheese, add pepper
  4. Mix the 3 components – draw briefly and then let taste 🙂
