Gourmelinis Vegetable Bavette with Tuna
The perfect gourmelinis vegetable bavette with tuna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Fresh carrots
- 0,5 Pc. Fresh kohlrabi
- 150 ml Strong vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Tuna in its own juice
- 2 tbsp Full-Fat herbal cream cheese
- 1 tsp Black pepper from the mill
- Cut the carrots into slices and the kohlrabi into sticks. Steam the vegetables in the vegetable stock.
- Cook the bavette (or other thin ribbon noodles or spaghetti) in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Mix the tuna with the cream cheese, add pepper
- Mix the 3 components – draw briefly and then let taste 🙂
