Ingredients

salad dressing

  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 small can Corn cooked
  • 1 Romaine lettuce hearts
  • 1 Can Tuna in its own juice
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Agave syrup
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch Flavor enhancers
  • Telly cherry pepper

Instructions

  • Halve the cucumber lengthways and remove the seeds, wash and roughly cut. Halve the peppers, remove the core, wash and cut into strips! Peel, wash and coarsely grate the carrot. Peel the onion and cut into fine wedges. Drain the corn and tuna. My cat likes the tuna juice like crazy! 😀
  • Put everything in a bowl. And add the ingredients for the salad dressing! Normally you make the salad dressing in an extra bowl, but somehow I find it more pleasant that way! 🙂 Can you still season it like this, etc. 🙂 Let it steep for at least 30 minutes, chilled!
  • Meanwhile, clean, wash and spin the lettuce.
  • Divide the raw vegetable salad into bowls and add the Roma salad! The salad sauce is enough for both types of salad. If you like, you can make an extra salad sauce for the green salad! 🙂
