Tomato, Tuna and Vegetable Sauce with Lentil Pasta
The perfect tomato, tuna and vegetable sauce with lentil pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tbsp Orange oil
- 2 Pc. Pak choi
- 2 Pc. Paprika
- 1 cm Peeled and chopped ginger
- 1 Glass Arrabiata tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Chopped maggi herb
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 Can Tuna
- 1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 250 g Pasta made from lentils
- Parmesan
- Heat the oil in a pan. Cut the paprika and pak choi into small pieces and fry briefly with the ginger. Deglaze with tomato sauce and bring to the boil briefly, then simmer for a few minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the drained tuna, tamaris sauce, lemon juice and chopped herbs.
- The pasta is prepared according to the instructions on the package. Arrange the pasta with the sauce and generously sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
