Tomato, Tuna and Vegetable Sauce with Lentil Pasta

The perfect tomato, tuna and vegetable sauce with lentil pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tbsp Orange oil
  • 2 Pc. Pak choi
  • 2 Pc. Paprika
  • 1 cm Peeled and chopped ginger
  • 1 Glass Arrabiata tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chopped maggi herb
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 250 g Pasta made from lentils
  • Parmesan
  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Cut the paprika and pak choi into small pieces and fry briefly with the ginger. Deglaze with tomato sauce and bring to the boil briefly, then simmer for a few minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the drained tuna, tamaris sauce, lemon juice and chopped herbs.
  2. The pasta is prepared according to the instructions on the package. Arrange the pasta with the sauce and generously sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
