Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 2 bunch of spring onions, cut into rings
- 150 g feta cheese, cut into cubes
- 100 g bacon, cut into strips
- some salt and pepper
- Spice(s) and herbs as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Fry the bacon and spring onions in a pan, add the beaten and seasoned eggs, and stir until set. Just before serving, fold in the feta and let it melt. Serve with baguette or farmhouse bread.
