Ingredients
- 0,5 Chicory
- 1 Tomato
- 0,25 Cucumber
- 0,5 Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 3 Discs Chicken breast cold cuts
- 1 disc Fol Epi legere (or another variety)
- 4 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 8 herbs from Iglo
- Vegetable broth
- Soy sauce
Instructions
- Clean the vegetables and cut into fine cubes / strips with the chicken and cheese.
- Fry in a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil, season with salt, pepper and a little soy sauce.
- Beat eggs in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon vegetable stock and herbs and whisk.
- Pour over the vegetable mixture and stir continuously with a spatula until everything is set.
- Serve with toast or bread rolls. Everything together has 8 pp, adjust as needed 🙂
