Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g rye meal
  • 250 g wheat bran
  • 500 g flour, 1050
  • 125 g flaxseed
  • 125 g sunflower seeds
  • 125 g sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3 packets of dry yeast
  • 1 liter buttermilk
  • 225 g syrup, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

no walking or waiting, super easy & delicious

Preheat oven to 150°C (fan oven) and allow the buttermilk to warm to lukewarm. Combine the remaining ingredients (except the syrup), then add the buttermilk and syrup. Knead everything well and bake in a large, greased loaf pan for about 3 hours.
