Grain bread with buttermilk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 75 g beet syrup
  • 20 g yeast
  • 250 g wheat flour, type 1050
  • 125 g rye meal
  • 125 g wheat bran
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 75 g sunflower seeds
  • Fat and flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick to make, juicy! Tastes slightly sweet.

Heat the buttermilk, salt, and syrup to lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in it. Mix the flour, bran, and seeds. Add the buttermilk and yeast mixture and knead thoroughly. Pour the dough into a greased and floured loaf pan (approx. 25 cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 2 hours.
