Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 10 small tomatoes
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of cream cheese, grainy (200 g each)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Low-carb

Dice the bell peppers, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, and ham and place them in a bowl. Crush the garlic and add them along with the cream cheese. Finely chop the chives, add them to the bowl, and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for a moment and enjoy.
