Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g nuts, ground (almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until creamy. Add the flour, ground nuts, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix to form a smooth batter. If necessary, add a little mineral water to loosen the batter to create a creamy texture. Then bake in the waffle iron.
