Grandma Rita Sheep Cheese from Oven
The perfect grandma rita sheep cheese from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Discs Turkish sheep cheese
- 1 Onion
- 1 Salt
- Capers
- 4 tsp Good oil
- Herbs of the Prov.
- Prepare aluminum foil approx. 30×30 cm. Drain the cheese slices. Brush the aluminum foil with a little oil. Put the cheese on top. Season with a little salt and fresh pepper. Write onions in rings. Place the desired amount on the cheese. If you like, you can add some capers. Sprinkle plenty of Provence herbs. Drizzle well with about a teaspoon of good oil per serving. Tie everything into small bags and press down a little. Put it in the preheated oven at 220 C for approx. 25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
