Grandma's baked cauliflower

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • Fat for the mold
  • 50 g butter
  • ¼ liter cream
  • 50 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

baked cauliflower with minced meat

Wash the cauliflower and cut into florets, then cook in lightly salted water until al dente. Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and 1 egg, and season to taste. Place the cauliflower in a greased baking dish and top with butter. Spread the minced meat mixture on top. Mix the cream with the egg and cheese and pour over the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for 25 minutes.
