Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 250 g diced ham
  • 2 small tomatoes, diced
  • Remoulade
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs. Mix the mayonnaise and remoulade sauce, stir in the diced ham and diced tomatoes. Finally, slice the eggs twice with an egg slicer and fold them in. Season with salt and pepper.
