Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 egg yolks, hard-boiled
  • 50 g sugar
  • 180 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Strain the egg yolks through a sieve. Make a dough from the dough ingredients and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Then form small balls with your palms and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use the end of a wooden spoon or similar tool to poke holes into the balls. Place the sheet in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the desired degree of browning. After about 10-12 minutes, briefly remove the sheet from the oven and poke holes in again. Let the cookies cool. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and fill the holes with chocolate. Let the cookies rest again and let the chocolate set.
