Grandma's best potato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potato(s), (small salad potatoes)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup broth (beef, chicken, vegetable)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes. Peel the potatoes and then slice them. Place the potato slices in a bowl. Peel and dice the onion, then add it to the potatoes. Then add salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, and the lukewarm broth. Mix everything well and let it sit for at least an hour. Season again if necessary. This salad is the first one to go at every barbecue!
