Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • salt water
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 400 g cooked ham, diced
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 125 g sour cream
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes

Clean the cauliflower, divide it into florets, and cook it in salted water with lemon juice until al dente. Remove, drain, and let cool. Add the finely chopped onion, sliced ​​eggs, and diced ham. Mix well. Combine the sauce ingredients and fold into the salad. Let it marinate for a few hours. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and chives.
