Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (or bourbon)
  • 220 g butter
  • 100 g hazelnuts, grated
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar mixed with some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Knead the ingredients one by one into a dough. Form “sausages” about two centimeters thick, divide them, and shape them into croissants. Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat (approximately 180-200 degrees Celsius) for about 15 minutes. While still warm (fresh from the oven), roll in powdered sugar and vanilla sugar or sprinkle with it. Note: This quantity yields approximately 3 baking sheets, or approximately 80 croissants.
