Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 125 g flour
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 200 g almond(s), ground
- 200 g chocolate (dark chocolate), chopped
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp water, hot
- 30 g butter, soft
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sponge cake
Beat the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar, eggs, salt, and cinnamon and continue beating. Sift together the flour and baking powder, then mix with the almonds. Fold in the chocolate chips. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Pour in the batter and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes. Leave the cake in the pan for about 10 minutes before turning it out. For the glaze, sift the icing sugar, mix it with the cocoa powder, and mix it with 2 tablespoons of hot water and the softened butter. Cover the cake with the batter.
