Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 ½ tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 kg flour
  • ½ cup oil
  • 4 packets of baking powder
  • Grease for the molds
  • some breadcrumbs for the shapes
  • 1 pack of raisins, if desired
  • possibly flour for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

for 2 small molds

Knead all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Grease two loaf pans and sprinkle the bottoms with breadcrumbs. The dough does not need to be kneaded by hand. Pour the batter into the pans and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for 1 hour. Variation with raisins: Wash 1 package of raisins, pat dry, and roll in flour, then knead into the dough.
