Grandma's meatballs

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 rusks
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Grind the rusks into a powder. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix all ingredients together and form into even-sized meatballs. Fry the meatballs in a pan with a little oil on both sides until cooked through.
