Mushrooms like at the fair

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 20 g butter for frying
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 4 onions, white
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp, heaped herb cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp garlic sauce
  • 3 tbsp, heaped parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and tasty

Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Peel, halve, and slice the onions. Finely chop the parsley, unless using dried parsley. Place a pan on the stove, heat well, and melt the butter in it. Add the mushrooms and onions to the pan, toss well, and season with salt and pepper. Once the onions are nice and translucent and slightly browned, add the cream cheese. Mix everything well and stir in the garlic sauce. Increase the heat to high and bring the mushroom pan to a boil briefly. Then stir in the parsley and serve the mushrooms.
