Ingredients
- 750 ml Water
- 375 g Rock sugar
- 65 g Butter
- 65 g Clarified butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 500 g Flour
- 0,5 tsp Cinammon
Instructions
- Dissolve the rock candy in warm water and cool, heat the butter and lard and cool. Mix the fat with the eggs and vanilla sugar. Then alternately stir in the flour and the sugar solution.
- Add cinnamon, dough 1 HOUR: leave to rest. Bake spoon by spoon in a croissant iron. Twist into rolls or bags, serve with cream. Store in cans.
