Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 2 tbsp Whole wheat flour
  • 0,25 L Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenn pepper
  • 5 tbsp Cream
  • -
  • 100 g Brown rice
  • Salt
  • Chives rolls or parsley for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet ....... In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Wash the peppers, quarter them, remove the core and cut into strips.
  • Heat the butter and oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms. Add the paprika, dust everything with the flour and let it sweat briefly. Then pour on the vegetable stock and let the sauce simmer for about 6 minutes. Season the sauce with the spices to taste and finish with the cream.
  • Drain the rice, divide into a ring on 2 plates. Spread the mushrooms in the middle, sprinkle with chives or parsley and serve.
  • A green salad goes very well with it ...
