Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 125 g potato flour
  • 125 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 20 g anise, ground, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy (very slowly, about 15 minutes), then stir in the flour and potato flour until the batter is creamy. The butter must be melted and should be slowly stirred into the batter. Set the preheated waffle iron to temperature control number 4 and let’s get started. Do not grease the waffle iron. Enjoy!
