Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg tomatoes, fresh vine tomatoes
  • 800 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 spring onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • Basil (as much and fresh as possible)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, slice the tomatoes, onions, and cheese. Finely slice the spring onions and garlic. Layer the tomatoes, spring onions, onions, garlic, cheese, etc. in a baking dish.
